My dream is to create a world full of empowered young people who are clear on their values and excited by their vision. By using coaching tools and skills, they are better equipped to be able to live a life of alignment, achievement, success and fulfillment.

I envision a world where adolescents know and understand their values and have the confidence in themselves and their abilities to follow their dream and make it happen. I envision a world where adolescents have and can use coaching tools to make really good decisions for themselves today and tomorrow. I envision a world where adolescents are sure of who they are, their value as individuals and who can tap into their limitless energy, creativity and enthusiasm to "go for it."

Through SPARKLERS, a BeingReal, LLC program, teens are taught several coaching skills in an interactive workshop setting. Following the workshop sessions, each SPARKLER is coached for a period of a few months to help each gain confidence in coaching and to set each clearly on the path toward pursuing and living his or her dream.

Our program focuses on learning and self empowerment in the following areas: self confidence, values, vision, attitude, perspectives, attachments, goals, listening and being fully at choice in engaging in your life. Each program is customized to the specific needs of the youth organization client and includes a clear mechanism to measure the results.

The Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (YEA), a non profit organization dedicated to supporting at risk teens through business ownership, job training, financial education and academic support, is partnering with BeingReal to bring SPARKLERS to its Power Source Program for teen women.

When Julie Nessen, the Executive Director of YEA, attended a coaching and leadership development program held through BeingReal, LLC, she became convinced of the power coaching could have on the teens her organization serves. As a result, we have joined forces to do just that! The SPARKLERS Program has become a foundational learning program for YEA to better prepare these teens to work collaboratively, to become even more successful at running their businesses and to become better students and members of society.

• Giving girls the tools to sustain their "voice."
• Giving girls the training and opportunity to create a lasting life foundation based on their values and their vision for what they want their life to be.
• Giving girls one on one coaching to reinforce who they are, what they want and how they can achieve their goals.
• Giving girls the self confidence and self esteem to help them see the leader within them!
