Cathy is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC). She earned her BS in Business Management at Babson College. She has trained with Innerworks Solutions, LLC in creating leadership cultures using co-active coaching and co-leads Innerworks Leadership Programs. Cathy also trained in the leadership model of the Arbinger Institute (Leadership and Self Deception).

Cathy is the founder of BeingReal, LLC a co-active coaching and leadership development firm. She is also the New England Affiliate of Innerworks Solutions, LLC. Cathy works with a wide range of clients from recent college graduates to business professionals at various stages of their careers, including top executives and CEO's. Prior to her coaching career, Cathy worked in the finance industry for 20 years in sales, marketing, client service and general management for some of the largest asset management houses in the business.

Cathy co-created the Alumni Career Development Program at Babson College, in Wellesley, MA, and is a coach in Babson's Coaching for Teamwork and Leadership Program, and is a mentor in the Women's MBA Program. She sits on the Alumni Board of Directors. She is a member of the South Shore Women's Business Network and sits on the Educational Foundation Committee. She is a former Overseer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.
