Business leaders are expected to display excellent interpersonal communications skills, which can be challenging to learn. For many, this so called "soft side" of management can be both elusive and misunderstood.

Innerworks programs recognize that adult learning takes place over time. As such, our programs combine training with individualized coaching—over a period of time. This one-on-one collaborative relationship serves to reinforce workshop learning and to guide participants through the process of successfully integrating their new skills into day-to-day operations and interactions.

    Our Coaching Skills for Leaders Program was recently reviewed by Training Media Review. This publication is the only provider of hands-on reviews of business training content for both live and on-line training.
