As such, our programs combine training with individualized coaching—over a period of time. Our Coaching Skills for Leaders Program was recently reviewed by Training Media Review. This publication is the only provider of hands-on reviews of business training content for both live and on-line training. The evaluator of the program was a participant in our Boston Program in April. The executive summary of the review is: 4 STARS "I see a bright future for this new addition to the training workshop market. It teaches coaching skills that everyone can use in both their personal and professional lives. The facilitators care about your ability to master the skills. The pre and post workshop coaching sessions add a generous touch. The materials in the course workbook could be strengthened to include more in-depth examples of how co-active coaching is being applied in the workplace. I hope the course designers add case examples, testimonials, and polished looking materials as they grow their client base."
